Henan Xinzhengyu Textile Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, completed the construction in 2021 of a modern filter cloth production base covering an area of 25,000 square meters and boasting a total building area of 50,000 square meters, located in Buildings 7-9 of the Science and Innovation Park in the Industrial Cluster Zone of Huangchuan County, Xinyang City, Henan Province. Currently, the company has 65 employees, of whom 38 are covered by social insurance. The company employs 8 R&D personnel, all of whom hold at least an associate’s degree; among them, there are 2 senior R&D staff members.
The company owns 55 high-speed Dornier rapier looms, 4 warping machine production lines, 1 oversized natural gas setting machine, 4 thermosetting machines, 4 calendering machines, 4 fabric inspection machines, 4 fully automatic laser cutting machines, and 35 high-speed sewing machines, thereby achieving integrated research and development as well as production of industrial filter fabrics.
The company currently has four automatic air-permeability testers, one high-strength tensile testing machine, one high-temperature-resistant measurement chamber, five basis weight testers, and digital-display vernier calipers—among other testing equipment. We conduct batch-by-batch inspections of both raw materials and finished products to ensure strict quality control.
The company researches, develops, and manufactures filter cloths of various specifications, with an annual production capacity reaching 8 million square meters. These include polypropylene filter cloths, polyester filter cloths, nylon filter cloths, and many other types, offering a comprehensive range of products. Our products are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, dyes, steel, construction, iron and steel smelting, ceramics, cement, geology, and mining, and are compatible with filtration equipment including belt filter presses, plate-and-frame filter presses, and centrifuges.
